33 Witta Circle is our flagship waterfront estate, accommodating up to 11 guests across five bedrooms. The residence features a heated infinity pool overlooking the Noosa River, a private deep-water jetty with direct boat access, a wine cellar, and a marble Miele-appointed kitchen designed for private chef dinners. Open-plan living and dining areas provide natural spaces for group discussions and presentations.
18 Witta Circle sits on the same street, welcoming up to 10 guests across five additional bedrooms. The property includes a swimming pool, a dedicated media room suitable for presentations, expansive outdoor dining for the full group, and flexible living areas that serve equally well for structured sessions and informal conversation.
Together, the two estates accommodate up to 21 guests — the right scale for a senior leadership retreat, board strategy session, or focused departmental offsite. The properties are close enough for seamless movement between spaces yet separate enough for breakout groups, quiet individual work, or hosting different team functions simultaneously.

In-house massage and wellness sessions can be arranged between working blocks. The concierge also coordinates restaurant reservations, airport transfers, and any bespoke requirements your group needs.
