Our flagship property at 33 Witta Circle accommodates 11 guests across five bedrooms, featuring a heated infinity pool, private deep-water jetty, marble Miele kitchen, and integrated Sonos audio. The sister property at 18 Witta Circle hosts an additional 10 guests in five bedrooms, with its own swimming pool, media room, and expansive indoor-outdoor dining.
Booked together, the two estates create a self-contained compound for up to 21 guests. The bridal party, groomsmen, parents, and close friends all stay within the same quiet enclave — no scattered hotel rooms, no logistics.
