The kitchen operates as the social fulcrum of the house. White marble benchtops span the full workspace, anchored by precision Miele appliances.

Rather than an open pantry, guests are provided a beautifully curated cupboard stocked with daily essentials and local organic products, ensuring clean minimalism is maintained throughout your stay.

The Master Retreat

Positioned on the upper level to command the finest river views. A king sanctuary defined by space, natural light, and immense quiet.

The attached ensuite features a clear-glass freestanding bath screened by elegant sheer curtains, deliberately positioned to catch the morning water light while preserving absolute privacy.

Questions & Practicalities

A complimentary welcome hamper greets you upon arrival, stocked with local and organic Saya products. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, and a curated essentials cupboard is ready for your needs. Everything is here to settle in without fuss.

Pets are welcome with prior approval. A fee of $250 per pet applies, with a maximum of two animals. We ask only that you treat the residence with the same care you'd give your own home.

Two vehicles fit comfortably on the driveway within the gated entry. The internal garage remains closed during guest stays. Security access codes are provided upon confirmation of your booking.

The infinity pool is heated year-round, making it comfortable regardless of season. The river temperature varies naturally, but the pool ensures a consistent experience whenever you choose to swim.

Hastings Street lies a short walk away, offering boutique shopping, fine dining, and direct access to Noosa Main Beach. The location balances seclusion with convenience, privacy with proximity to what matters.
